BJ Nelson graduated from Allegheny College in 2014 with a unique triple major in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Creative Writing. Initially, BJ planned to pursue a career in Psychology, but a pivotal discussion with a fraternity mentor led him to a dynamic career in leadership and sales. This journey spanned various industries, including fraternity leadership, sales, and cybersecurity, providing BJ with a broad perspective and valuable experience navigating diverse company cultures. BJ’s experience working with companies that prioritized long hours over efficiency, helped guide him to find a role that was a better fit, which led him to Red Hawk.
When asked what excites him most about working at Red Hawk, BJ shared, "What excites me most is that nothing we do is ever the same.
