What You’ll Do:
- Prospect & Build Relationships: Research sales leads, understand client needs, and cultivate strong relationships with prospects, vendors, and partners.
- Drive New Business: Identify opportunities, pain points, and key requirements of potential clients, crafting tailored value propositions for decision-makers.
- Engage with Prospects: Meet directly with business prospects, attend industry events, and represent Red Hawk Technologies in a variety of settings.
- Leverage Tools: Utilize platforms like ZoomInfo and HubSpot to develop and execute client acquisition strategies.
- Document & Close Deals: Maintain accurate CRM records, navigate challenges, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Expand Vertical Markets: Identify and explore new strategies to tap into specific verticals in the middle market.
- Collaborate: Work with marketing to develop collateral that supports sales efforts and promotes Red Hawk’s mission.
- Live Our Values: Embody our core values in all client interactions, consistently demonstrating commitment to our mission and company culture.
- Work Independently: Balance multiple projects while driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Some previous experience in outside sales, in B2B professional service environments, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage both technically and professionally with prospects.
- Drive: Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed and win new business. This willingness to sell is the most important attribute for success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo for lead generation
- Understanding of software development concepts
- Some experience in solution-based (not product) sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
